Our angle heads are available in various European and international shank variants, with customization options to suit specific machine requirements. They support drilling, reaming, countersinking, threading, and milling operations, including inaccessible workpiece sections.
 
We offer a wide range of special designs for complex machining tasks, along with single, dual, or multi-spindle variants. Our angle heads provide high torque transmission and can accommodate various tool fittings, including collet chucks and our modular mi quick-change tool system. Additionally, they can be equipped with internal coolant supply and are available with fixed angles for precise machining.

BMT 45 Adaption:

We offer a comprehensive selection of both live and static tool holders compatible with BMT 45 adaptation. These holders are available in straight and angular configurations, with output shank options including ER25 as standard, along with both internal and external coolant features. Customization for shank options is available upon request. Our tool holders cater to various machine types equipped with BMT 45, including Doosan Lynx, Hardinge, SMEC, EMCO Hyperturn, Hanwha, Hwacheaon, Hyundai Wia, Jyoti TMC, LMW, and more.

BMT 55 Adaption:

Our range extends to BMT 55 adaptation, offering live and static tool holders in straight, angular, and variable angle configurations. Output options include ER25, ER32, and 32/40 side lock shank holding as standard, with both internal and external coolant capabilities. Customization for shank options is also available upon request. These holders are compatible with machine types like Doosan Lynx/PUMA, Haas, Chevalier, Hardinge, Hwacheaon, Hyundai Wia, Hanwha, SMEC, Jyoti CNC, LMW, Leedwell, Focus, Victor, and more.

For Nakamura WT100, Wy100, Super NTMX, and Muratec MT100 machines, we provide live and static tool holders with BMT 44 adaptation. Available in straight and angular versions, output options include ER25 as standard, with customization options available upon request.

BMT 55 and BMT 65 for Nakamura:

The BMT 55 Adaption is specifically tailored for Nakamura AS-200 NTJ, NTM3, SC-150 M, SC-200 M, SC-250 M, Super NTJ, TW-10, TW-20 (16 ST), WT-150, WT-20-II M/MY, WT-250, WTS-150, WTW-150, and WY-250 machines, our tool holders with BMT 55 adaptation come in straight and angular versions. Output options include ER25 and ER32 as standard, with customization available upon request. The BMT 65 Adaptation is designed for Nakamura SC-300 M, Super NTX, TW-20 (12 ST), and WT-300 machines, our BMT 65 adapted tool holders are available in straight and angular versions, with ER32 output as standard and customization options available.

BMT 60 Okuma :

Catering to Okuma LB2000 EX M, LB2500 EX M, LB3000 EX M, and LB4000 EX M machines, our BMT 60 adapted tool holders are offered in straight and angular versions. Output options include ER32 and ER40 as standard, with customization available upon request.

BMT 60 Mori Seiki :

These tools support 30, 40, and 50 shanks and come with ER16, ER25, ER32, and ER40 outputs as standard. Additionally, they offer gear ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 1:2.
